1:1 MOVEMENT & ALIGNMENT COACHING

A person-centred approach to moving better

I offer one-to-one movement and alignment coaching, working at a pace that suits you and your body.

This work is person-centred and progressive. Rather than chasing quick fixes, we focus on building understanding, capacity, and resilience over time — so changes are meaningful and lasting.

Why this approach works

Modern life asks a lot of our bodies — and offers very little movement variety in return. Long periods of sitting, repetitive tasks, screen time, and limited movement options shape how our bodies adapt over time.

Most people aren’t broken or injured; they’re under-moved in some ways and over-used in others. The body adapts brilliantly, but over time those adaptations can quietly make everyday movement feel harder.

Rather than chasing quick fixes or isolated exercises, this work looks at how your habits, posture, and movement patterns shape your body — and how to restore missing movement, and strength where it’s needed.

The aim isn’t to force ‘good posture’ or fix symptoms in isolation, but to build a body that can better support itself across the activities you enjoy.

Alignment improves most reliably when the body feels supported, capable, and at ease — not when it’s forced into shape.

How we work together

Sessions are person-centred and exploratory. Together we may:

  • Explore how you move, stand, walk, and use your body day to day

  • Identify patterns of overuse, underuse, and compensation

  • Address areas of stiffness, weakness, or imbalance

  • Build strength, mobility, and awareness that supports your daily life and activities

The work is tailored to your pace, priorities, and current capacity. Sessions are practical and educational, helping you understand why certain movements feel hard — and what to do about it.

Packages & pricing

Session Packages

I work with clients using session packages rather than pay-as-you-go appointments.

This allows us to build consistency, respond to your body as it adapts, and focus on long-term capacity rather than quick fixes.

Sessions are booked around your availability, and together we decide on a rhythm that best supports your movement goals.

Single session – £50
A one-off session if you’d like an introduction to my approach or a standalone appointment.

8-session package (recommended) – £360 (£45 per session)
Designed to support meaningful, progressive change. This option allows us to revisit patterns and adapt the work as your body responds over time.

12-session package – £510 (£42.50 per session)
Best suited to those wanting longer-term support or working with more complex or long-standing movement patterns.

Practical details

  • Packages are paid upfront

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable, but I’ll always do my best to reschedule where possible

Ongoing work

Many clients choose to continue beyond their initial package.
All of my current clients have been working with me for over a year, maintaining and building on the changes we create together.

Once we’ve established a foundation, we can decide together how often to meet and what level of support feels right for you going forward.
