Hi, I’m Sarah

My goal is to inspire and motivate others to take ownership of their bodies through movement. I teach an integrated practice drawing from my continuous study of human movement and anatomy whilst honoring the wisdom of yoga. Combining alignment principles, mobility exercises, and embodiment practices, the focus of my approach is on cultivating awareness, self-compassion, and resilience.

I aim to help people feel better, maintain function and learn skills that will enable them to move with ease and confidence both on and most importantly off the mat.
