Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a yoga teacher and movement educator based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.

My work draws on yoga, anatomy, and biomechanics to help you move better, build strength and resilience, and cultivate a compassionate, empowered relationship with your body.

One-to-One Coaching

Every body is unique, which is why I specialise in working one-to-one.
Private coaching gives us the time and space to explore your movement patterns, alignment, and range of motion, helping you build awareness and confidence in how your body moves.

It’s a collaborative process where we address barriers, challenge limitations, and create meaningful change.
My aim is to help you feel inspired to bring more movement into daily life, restore mobility, and build functional strength you can rely on — both on and off the mat.
