This private tuition is available as 1:1 or 1:2 sessions, giving you the space to focus on what you need—whether that’s building confidence, improving mobility, or refining movement patterns for a more sustainable practice.

These sessions are for you if you want to:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of movement principles to support your yoga practice.

  • Improve mobility, strength, and alignment for a more sustainable, injury-free approach.

  • Learn how to adapt postures to suit your individual needs.

  • Feel more confident in your movement, whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice.

In these sessions, you'll explore the nuances of movement in a deeply embodied way, developing awareness and control that supports your practice both on and off the mat.

How it works

  1. Complete the Getting Started Questionnaire 

    Begin by filling out a short form to share your goals and needs. This helps us make the most of our time together.

  2. Free Online Consultation

    Meet with me for 30 minutes via Google Meet or in person to discuss your aspirations and see if my coaching style is the right fit for you.

  3. Introductory Session 

    Attend a one-time, paid session to experience my approach and decide if it’s what you’re looking for.

  4. Weekly Subscription Plan 

    Commit to a weekly 75-minute session tailored to your needs. The plan requires a minimum commitment of 6 weeks to fully experience the benefits of the work. After 6 weeks, you can cancel anytime.

    Rates are £50.00 for 75 minutes 1:1 or £75.00 1:2
