Movement Education
I help you understand the why and how behind the exercise, making sense of the work we do on the mat and showing how these skills can be integrated into your daily life and activities.

Body Awareness
I help you tune into and sense your body to improve brain-body communication. By bringing awareness to habitual postures and ingrained movement patterns, we can address areas of overuse and underuse that may be affecting your movement potential.

Exercises
I guide you through movements designed to restore natural alignment and improve range of motion. By activating underused areas and easing tension in overworked ones, we work toward a stronger, more balanced body.

Lifestyle Advice
I provide guidance on incorporating more movement into your daily life beyond exercise. This includes advice on footwear, clothing, and furniture, as well as practical tips like desk-break movement snacks to keep you moving throughout the day.


Your Commitment

Weekly Sessions
To see meaningful progress, I recommend working together for a minimum of 6 weeks. Consistency is key, so I encourage you to set aside time in your schedule to attend sessions each week.

Homework
Lasting change comes with practice. To support the work we do together, I ask that you dedicate time at home—ideally at least three 30-minute practice sessions per week.

Lifestyle Changes
For greater results, I encourage you to incorporate my lifestyle guidance into your daily routine alongside your weekly sessions and home practice.


How it works

  1. Complete the Getting Started Questionnaire 

    Begin by filling out a short form to share your goals and needs. This helps us make the most of our time together.

  2. Free Online Consultation

    Meet with me for 30 minutes via Google Meet to discuss your aspirations and see if my coaching style is the right fit for you.

  3. Introductory Session 

    Attend a one-time, paid session to experience my approach and decide if it’s what you’re looking for.

  4. Weekly Subscription Plan 

    Commit to a weekly 75-minute session tailored to your needs. The plan requires a minimum commitment of 6 weeks to fully experience the benefits of the work. After 6 weeks, you can cancel anytime.
