A class designed to get more of your body moving. Through a mix of mobility, stability, and strength work, you’ll build whole-body resilience in an exploratory and educational way.
This class is for those who can comfortably get up and down from the floor. It’s informal, inclusive, and non-competitive, with limited spaces to ensure individual attention and support.
If you’d love to join but don’t feel ready, I also offer private 1:1 coaching to help you build confidence and prepare.

Resilient Rest

Deep physiological rest is essential for downregulating the nervous system and plays a key role in both recovery and performance. Resilience lies in our ability to shift gears—moving fluidly between states of activation and relaxation.
In this class, we’ll use rolling, breathing, and gentle movement to guide you into a parasympathetic state—where you can fully inhabit your body and calm your mind. Using soft balls, we’ll explore your breathing parts, identifying and releasing stuck stress and tension—helping you ground, relax, and release.
If you find the stillness of breathing exercises, mindfulness, or meditation challenging, this class may be perfect for you. It’s a gentle practice that combines somatic movement, breathwork, and self-myofascial release to help you restore balance, ease tension, and strengthen your mind-body connection.
Class cost :
Classes run in 5-week blocks (£45), working out at £9 per class, and are designed to be progressive.
If you're curious but not ready to commit, you can try your first class as a one-off for £10. If you decide to continue, this will be deducted from the full block price.
What to Bring :
A mat
A blanket - to use as a prop and for comfort
Comfortable clothing - that allows for freedom of movement
Water – to stay hydrated throughout the session.
