“At the age of 63, I decided it was time to seek out some new interests and activities. I wanted to start Yoga lessons but felt too self-conscious to join a group. As if it were meant to be, I came across a post of Sarah’s on Facebook and decided to take the plunge and contact her to arrange a preliminary chat. I explained that I wanted to keep everything moving as best as possible especially as I am also learning to play golf -Sarah totally got it! She is so kind, approachable, empathetic and knowledgeable. She has created a welcoming space and works along side me on the mat. Everything is done at my pace and there is absolutely no pressure to do any move which I may be finding a little challenging!
