I’m Sarah — a yoga teacher and movement coach based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. I offer a supportive space to help you build a compassionate and empowered relationship with your body.

Through a blend of mindful movement, body awareness, breath work, and strengthening exercises, we’ll work together to help you build resilience, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in both body and mind.
