One-to-One Coaching

Every body is unique, which is why I specialise in working one-to-one.
Private coaching gives us the time and space to assess and explore your movement patterns, alignment, range of motion, and build body awareness

It’s a collaborative process where we address barriers, challenge limitations, and create meaningful change.

My aim is to help you feel inspired to make healthy movement choices, bring more movement into daily life, restore mobility and build functional strength you can rely on—both on and off the mat.
